These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Ahorita application and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Ahorita, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Subscriptions and Billing
Ahorita offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) at the price and frequency disclosed at the point of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play subscription settings on your device.
Apple's Standard EULA (iOS)
If you obtained Ahorita through the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which is the standard EULA Apple applies to apps distributed on the App Store. You can review it here: Apple's Standard EULA.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, abuse, or interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
